  • Broe Real Estate approached ArtHouse Design to create a brand identity and signage package for a mixed-use office and retail development in North Cherry Creek – 200 & 250 Clayton.

    The two buildings will be connected by a public garage, with adjacent storefront entrances. The identity utilizes energetic and strong condensed numerals paired with a warm, neutral palette.

    The identity’s container is reflected throughout the signage package, focusing on “framed” icons, messaging, room numbers, etc.
